- Elaborate the scenario of chasing and sourcing.

- Select and identify the candidate who matching with the expected requirements then prepare the interview and follow up.

- Training the candidate to do the CV and the interview. 

- Boost motivation and self confidence for talents in order to cultivate the willingness to have the growth mindset.
